Helmed by award-winning Chef Lau Siaw Dee, Long Xia Zhou believes in using only the best ingredients to recreate otherwise simple, comfort food. Reflecting this belief is our use of only Cordyceps-fed chicken and Kurobuta pork in dishes such as Signature Chicken and Pan-fried Kurobuta respectively. With specialty items such as the Signature Lobster Porridge, which combines premium live lobster with the humble porridge, Long Xia Zhou is bound to impress any diner while still staying within his gastronomical comfort zone.
Another top selling dish at the restaurant is the crocodile soup, which is said to be rich with asthma-suppressing nutrients. This delicacy is also full of collagen and contains aphrodisiac properties, making it a hit among men and women alike.
