Long Xia Zhou Shi Jia
Helmed by award-winning Chef Lau Siaw Dee, Long Xia Zhou believes in using only the best ingredients to recreate otherwise simple, comfort food. Reflecting this belief is our use of only Cordyceps-fed chicken and Kurobuta pork in dishes such as Signature Chicken and Pan-fried Kurobuta respectively.
